Every month, the menu is renewed to keep pace with the seasons, arrivals and the chef’s inspiration. This constant evolution makes it possible to highlight ever fresher, fairer products, and to surprise guests with each visit.
This monthly menu is an invitation to a culinary journey. It reflects a lively, sensitive gastronomy, where each dish is thought of as a unique creation.

Offered on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at lunchtime, this gourmet moment gives carte blanche to the chef, who composes a menu inspired by the moment, the products of the day and his desire of the moment. A spontaneous, elegant and surprising formula, ideal for a refined break during the week.
This lunch thus becomes a true signature: a meeting between the creativity of the chef and the curiosity of the guest. A unique way to discover the world of Intuition, in a lighter, more accessible format, but still imbued with the same gastronomic standards.
